Starting by developing basic attributes of strength, range of motion and coordination; this creates suitable foundations for dance, acrobatic and more complex movement systems.
PErsonalised Programming
This is suitable for those interested in a detailed approach to what they should do daily to help develop their physical abilities, build movement systems and work towards specific goals.
